At Chef's Mandala Gourmet Store, we strive for culinary excellence and want you to be completely satisfied with your gourmet ingredients. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we offer a 14-day return window for non-perishable items and immediate replacement for any goods damaged during transit.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer concierge within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Receive Return Authorization
Our quality control team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with a prepaid shipping label for eligible non-perishable items.
- 3.Pack with Care
Place the unopened, original-packaged items securely in a shipping box to ensure they are protected from damage during their journey back to our warehouse.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once our chefs inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
